Our Mekong Chai
is an in-house custom blend featuring chai that starts with sweet, small leaf Ceylon vanilla tea and finishes with warm, traditional chai spices of cinnamon, ginger, cloves & peppercorns. It's topped off with hawthorne petals. Use 1 teaspoon per cup and steep in freshly boiled water for 3-5 minutes. Add cream & sugar or steep in whole milk for a delicious chai treat!
