Grown in Taiwan's Tung Ting mountains at 6000 ft, Tung Ting Jade Superior Oolong Tea is a hand-made Oolong that is only oxidized about 22%, giving it a lovely pale green liquor. It has a delicate orchid-like flavor, very smooth and naturally sweet with an almost buttery mouth-feel. Use one heaping teaspoon per cup and steep 1-2 minutes in near boiling water. A sample is available for $1.50.
