From China's Anhui region, Keemun Mao Feng
is an exquisite Keemun with characteristic twisted leaves that yields a rich yet mellow brew with a lovely coppery liquor. Compared to other Keemun teas, this one is sweeter and less sharp, with a highly complex flavor profile featuring floral notes against a background of roasted chocolate. Goes well with desserts (especially chocolate) and rich breakfasts. Use 1 tsp of leaves and brew 3-5 minutes in freshly boiled water. Try a second infusion.
