Natural Roman Provence Rooibos Tea Natural Roman Provence Rooibos Tea contains choice-grade rooibos, lavender, rose petals, rosehip peels, dried elderberries, and dried currants. Beautiful and delicious. All ingredients farmed without pesticides. Caffeine-free. Use 1 tsp. per cup and steep 5-10 minutes in freshly boiled water.
Rooibos (pronounced "roy bus") is made from the needle-like leaves of a caffeine-free bush native to South Africa. It is oxidized like black tea, and is a popular alternative to decaffeinated black tea. Good both hot and cold, it has a mild flavor and won't turn bitter with extended brewing.

I have to limit caffeine, and this is one of my most favorite teas. I have also had it at a restaurant/tea house, so its nice to know others recognize how good it is. It is soothing and comforting, sort of like a hug in a cup. It's good on its own or with sweets or even a light meal.

Love this tea! My all time favorite! Doesn't need to be sweetened, but Agave does give it a nice little boost of flavor! I buy it throughout the year, using it as an iced tea during the summer ~ I highly recommend you at least try it! Thank you Tea Table!
