Our Jin Xuan Oolong
is produced using the genuine Jin Xuan tea cultivar and grown at high altitude in Thailand. The result is an incredibly light, sweet Oolong similar to the best Tung Ting Jade varieties.
The tea leaves are light green, lightly oxidized (20-25%) clusters which produce a drink with a pale yellow liquor and a surprisingly sweet, somewhat floral flavor. Fans of Ti Kuan Yin and Jade Oolongs are sure to be thrilled with this exotic and rare tea.
Steep one generous teaspoon per cup in nearly boiled (185 degree) water for 2-3 minutes. May be infused multiple times.
