Ayurvedic Yoga Tea
This classic Ayurvedic tea makes a great, relaxing drink any time of day and is great hot or iced. A spicy blend of cinnamon, hawthorn petals, ginger, clove, black pepper and cardamom. Steep one teaspoon per cup in boiled water for 5-10 minutes. Try adding milk.

Drinking this tea has become a new evening ritual. The spiciness is a real treat for the senses; I like to breather the aroma in before taking a sip, two different but complementary experiences. I drink it many different ways, by varying the steep time [longer = more heat], adding honey or not, adding milk or not it all tastes wonderful. The best sample I ever requested, and now a regular order for me.
